Masterclass with Jodie Langel! Raise Your Ya Ya Ya!!!
We are thrilled to be welcoming Broadway Actress, Renowned Teacher and Coach, and Author Jodie Langel to Newtown Stage Company! Known has the "Tik Tok" vocal coach, her TikTok has 3.7 million followers, and she has taught thousands of viewers around the globe. Jodie's Broadway/Broadway National Tour Credits include Les Misérables (Cosette), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Narrator) and Cats (Grisabella.)
We will be offering multiple sessions split up by age group. Our students will have an opportunity to participate in a group warm up with Jodie, and then she will work with individual students while the rest of the group observes. Singers will have the choice when they sign up if they would like to simply warm up and observe or if they'd like to sing solo for Jodie.

K-2 Intro to theater!
Join us for Intro to Theater for K-2 Performers!
Newtown Stage Company is excited to offer another eight-week session of our Beginners acting workshop for Kindergarten through 2nd graders on Thursdays, from 4:30-5:45 at the Edmond Town Hall. This session will run for eight-weeks, beginning on Sept 18 until Nov 13. Join us for this fun introduction to theater, a playful class designed to teach young actors the basic concepts of acting through improv games and creative play. Class will be taught by Newtown Stage Co instructor, Alexa Luft. During our final session, the class will put on an informal performance that families will be invited to attend. Once enrolled, you will receive an email from Newtown Stage Company with more information and instructions on paying the $315 tuition for the class.
